The tuition fee for the ten-day session is €1545.

The Session Fees do not cover housing, travel and living expenses. Accomodation, the Social Program, and Airport pickup can be purchased optionally at reduced rates

  • Early Bird Discount 
    Discount of €150 for students that apply and pay before 28 February 2025 23.59 Central European Time (cannot be combined with the Partner Discount).
  • Partner Discount        
    All students from BAI partner universities are entitled to a €150 discount. You apply for the discount simply by indicating in the online application form that you are currently studying at one of our partner universities (cannot be combined with Early Bird Discount).
  • Fees        
    Deposit fees of 250 euros must be paid by April 1 (these will be applied to your session fees). Session and Social Activity fees must be paid by May 12, 2025
  • Withdrawals Students may withdraw their application no later than one month before the beginning of the session. Withdrawals received less than three months before the session are subject to a 75 euro processing fee. Withdrawals received less than two months before the beginning of the session are subject to a 250 euro registration and processing fee.
